Client Coaching: With You Every Step of the Way

“My personal experience taught me that divorce is more about evolution than dissolution.” —Client Coach Tara Eisenhard

Unlike other family law firms in Minnesota, Atticus Family Law offers personal and unlimited assistance from a seasoned client coach. No other law firm in the state offers this level of support and value.

Introducing Tara Eisenhard, Your Personal Guide.

With a background in divorce/conflict coaching and extensive training in mediation, Tara is ready and able to help you navigate this difficult period at no additional cost. As a child of divorced parents, an ex-wife, a “next” wife, and the previous partner of a divorced father, she deeply understands your worries and concerns. More importantly, she can provide pragmatic advice to help you calmly navigate court appearances, paperwork, contentious situations at home, and more.

“I’m here for the human side of the process,” she said. ”Are you still living with your soon-to-be ex? Are tensions high? Do you feel overwhelmed? I help people deal with these real-life issues, minimizing conflict and helping everybody focus on a successful outcome.”

In the end, the goal is to get you through the legal process and on your way to a new beginning as quickly as possible.

The Benefits: Clarity, Confidence, and Control.

Transitions like your scan can be overwhelming. With Tara’s help, you’ll be better equipped to tackle the coming changes, emotions, and legal maneuvering with greater focus, attention, and patience. Importantly, her coaching isn’t just about empowering youth through mediation and settlement negotiations. Tara’s goal is to harness your ability to thrive in life after your divorce.

book on divorce

Download Tara’s insightful book on divorce and its ramifications.

Written through the eyes of a 12-year-old girl named Gina, learn how a parent’s actions can shape reality for the children of a divorce. With real-life examples The D-Word addresses issues such as conflict, communication, alienation, attitudes and, ultimately, moving on. It is an honest, firsthand look at divorce and its ramifications. Parents, grandparents, friends, attorneys and counselors are invited to benefit from this insightful journey.

When Gina’s parents decide to separate, she finds herself propelled toward adulthood on the emotional roller coaster ride of her life. Gone are the days of an existence filled with typical adolescent turmoil. Instead of exploring her social circles, Gina listens intently to decode her parents’ telephone discussions. She takes on a new level of maturity as caretaker of her younger brother and confidant to her distressed mother while she grapples with her role in a changed family. As a year unfolds, Gina struggles to find understanding, adjustment and peace of mind.

The D-Word is currently available in paperback, hardcover and eBook format.
