Stephanie Wolf: Compassion, Fortitude & Experience

A Minnesota Monthly Rising Stars attorney who was drawn to family law after working on child protection cases, Stephanie possesses a diverse background in law and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

She has represented clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence. She demonstrated her commitment to alternative dispute resolution by gaining experience in collaborative law and successfully settling complex cases.

Stephanie also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Lawrence Stratton, where she primarily worked child protection cases.

“When I set out looking for a position in practice, I felt family law would be a good fit,” she said. “It requires a certain type of individual capable of emotional intellect, fortitude, and hard work. Helping families resolve their issues gives me immense sense of satisfaction.”

In addition to her work in family law, she is actively involved in her legal community, serving as a member of the 4th District DEC Ethics Investigator, the MN Lavender Bar Association, and the Family Law League.

During her time at St. Thomas School of Law, Stephanie distinguished herself as a leader, serving as the Vice President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association and earning the prestigious Dean’s Scholarship.

Before her legal studies, Stephanie obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN, where she graduated early and received the Presidential Scholarship.
