Tori Gale

Tori Gale is a compassionate attorney dedicated to achieving fair and realistic outcomes for families navigating complex legal matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she served as student director of the Employment Discrimination Mediation Clinic, representing clients in EEOC-sponsored mediations. During law school, Tori also volunteered at the self-help clinic assisting pro se litigants with family law matters and was an active member of the Legal Association of Women Students and Business Law Society, achieving Dean’s List recognition multiple semesters.

Before law school, Tori graduated from Portland State University with a major in Political Science and International Development as a member of the Urban Honors College. She was a student leader of YoungLife College, a member of Alpha Chi Omega, served on the International Affairs Committee for student government, and studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain, focusing on international politics and Spanish.

Tori deepened her legal skills clerking for the Honorable Judge Siv Mjanger in Washington County, where she assisted in felony criminal, family, and civil matters. She also gained experience working in a private family law firm and at the Dakota County Attorney’s Office, focusing on child support and paternity issues.

She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and volunteers with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Tori is passionate about collaborative and alternative dispute resolution, mental health, child and social issues, and domestic violence advocacy. She was drawn to the legal field out of a commitment to justice and accessibility, aiming to create long-term solutions that minimize conflict and trauma for children and families.

Originally from Bismarck, North Dakota, Tori now lives in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her dedication to thoughtful advocacy and realistic resolutions makes her an invaluable resource for clients during challenging times.
