In mediation, a neutral third party helps you and your spouse negotiate agreements and resolve disputes. Early Neutral Evaluation involves a neutral evaluator who reviews your case and offers an assessment of likely court outcomes, so you better understand the strengths and weaknesses of each side. Minnesota courts often require one of these dispute resolution methods before a case proceeds to trial.
